How will I be charged for Downloads?

Pay Per Match is exactly what it says - you will be asked for payment prior to download only the matches you have approved, the cost will depend on the quantity of matches that are downloaded. You will only be charged once for each match result within a project regardless of how many times you download the results.

How do I cancel my Subscription?

You can cancel you subscription at any time, the options is available in the Billing section of your Account Details page.

What happens when I cancel my Subscription?

You'll still have access to your Match2Lists account until what would have been your next billing date.

On that day, 3 things will happen:

1. You won't be charged - your monthly subscription simply ends and you will no longer be charged each month.

2. All Lists and Projects will be removed - all your uploaded data and results will no longer be there, so run and download your Projects before that happens.

3. Your account will still exist - it'll simply be converted to a Pay As You Go account (see to Pricing Page). You can still match, merge and dedupe your data whenever you like, and only pay for what you download.

How much does Match2Lists Cost?

Match2lists is not your typical installable software application; there is no upfront cost you simply pay for usage. Pay Per Match is our ethos - you only pay for the matches you have approved and wish to download.

What Countries are supported by Match2Lists?

Match2Lists matching engine supports most English speaking countries and the majority of western European countries with new countries being added regularly. Currently we are only able to offer user support for Match2Lists in English.
